FAQ

Common questions.

How does billing work?+

You're billed monthly for the test runs you used, at the graduated per-run rate for each usage bracket. There's no plan to pick and no contract to sign, your rate automatically drops as your volume grows.

What counts as one test run?+

One test run is one end-to-end pass through a flow, triggered by a Jira column move, a tagged pull request, or a manual re-run. Re-running a ticket after a fix counts as a new run, since it's a fresh session in the browser.

Is there a free trial?+

No, but every new account starts on the discounted calibration rate, $0.35/run for the first 30 days, before graduated pricing kicks in. There's no separate free tier to unlock.

Why does pricing start lower?+

A newly connected agent hasn't learned your codebase's critical flows yet, so it isn't at full effectiveness on day one. Runs during your first 30 days are billed at a flat, discounted calibration rate while it ramps up, rather than charging full price before it's proven its value.

Can we cap what we spend?+

Yes. Set a monthly spending cap or a run-volume alert from your billing settings, and we'll notify your team before you get close, so usage-based pricing never means a surprise invoice.

Does it replace our QA team?+

It handles repetitive, well-defined regression testing so your team can focus on exploratory and judgment-heavy work. It flags anything that needs a human instead of guessing.

What happens when it finds a bug?+

It comments back on the ticket, PR, or Slack thread with what broke, a full session replay, and a flag if the issue needs human follow-up.
